Yes, believe it our not. HOTROD plays wedding receptions. And we have many times over the years. You cannot call us a 'wedding band' that's for sure. But we take pride in the way we depart from the wedding factory type of entertainment commonly seen at receptions. Our clients are typically long-time fans or just people looking for that something different. Click here and you can hear from some very satisfied couples. 
Since we can assume you've wandered over to our Media page, listened to our music and viewed the videos there, you should have a pretty good idea of how we sound and connect with an audience. During breaks, our excellent dee-jay Brett Lobdell keeps the party going non-stop with a huge variety of tunes, and can handle almost any request you and your guests need. Brett is an experienced emcee as well as a part time on-air personality for LiteFM (92.1) radio right here in the Hudson Valley. Brett is also available to cover cocktail hours at additional cost.
